subversive stickers Christmas, I buy some gifts that are for the entire family (including myself). This year, one of my favorites is Sticker Nation: The Big Book of Subversive Stickers. The book, created for disinformation by the guy who runs the StickerNation website, contains more than 400 stickers, each white print on black, 8″ x 1-1/2″. The subversive subject matter tends toward the liberal end of the spectrum and covers almost any conceivable topic.

Here are some examples, from pages I’ve opened to randomly:

Fight the right
Find the time to read
Follow your heart
Forge the future
Forget your fears
Free speech isn’t free
Freedom of information
F@#% censorship
Fun is my function
Ganesha loves you
Generate your fate
The best is yet to come
The ends justify the memes
The geeks shall inherit the earth
The only constant is change
The streets are alive
The product is you
The revolution is love
The right is wrong
The sytem’s fried
They cook the polls

Now I just have to figure out where to begin operation Decorate With Stickers…

  1. Very cool. “find time to read” should be placed on the TV or the remote.

  2. this book reminds me of the Post Secret by Frank Warren books.
